Austin Nettler's AMX
Austin purchased this car new and has been racing it now for about 20 years. After a minor mishap at Sikeston one Saturday night when Austin put his little AMX on it's lid, he decided it was time for some updating. We had to section a new (to him) rear clip and cut out all the old roll cage. We were able to use his existing frame rails and rear suspension. Austin decided he wanted to step up some safety aspects and we added a funny car cage to his sportsman chromoly roll cage. We also took the opportunity to add on a parachute, fuel cell, battery mount, and a new Kirkey seat.
